Homestead Princeton Black Squirrel Sticker
Do you know the local urban legend of the reason for the black squirrel population in Princeton? Moses Taylor Pyne graduated from Princeton University and became a millionaire financier and major philanthropist to both the town and the university. Legend states that Pyne brought black and orange squirrels to Princeton in celebration of his alma mater. While the orange squirrels did not survive, the black ones remain today, a symbol of his generosity. This mini metal sticker celebrates our quirky town mascot and promotes a gentle nod to Princetonians' local pride. Perfect for a car, thermal bottle, laptop or anywhere you want to display your love of Princeton! Approximately 1.5 inches tall x 1 inch wide
