The map fits into an 18 in. by 24 in. frame
Drawn by H.H. Bailey and published in Philadelphia, the artistic rendering depicts several Princeton landmarks including Nassau Hall, the Princeton Theological Seminary, and the newly-built Steadman houses on Railroad Avenue. Morven is clearly depicted with its two flanking wings, front portico, and outbuildings; two greenhouses and the horse chestnut walk built by the Commodore also appear.
The map includes several of the grand houses built by the Commodore for his children.
