The Official Governor's Mansion of New Jersey located in Princeton. Drumthwacket was built by Charles Smith Olden (28th Governor of New Jersey) in 1835 on land his family had owned since 1696. It is located near the historic battlefield where George Washington defeated the British on January 3,1777.
